Strengthening connections for medical education

When the preeminent accrediting body for graduate medical education set out to elevate their brand, they entrusted us with the task. An organization that impacts the vast majority of physicians trained in the U.S., the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) needed a consistent identity that built on their long-standing reputation for excellence and projected their dynamic spirit.

We developed a visual expression that speaks to their far-reaching influence in health care and communicates their breadth, scope and expertise while refreshing and modernizing the look. Using the existing logo as a starting point, we created coordinating logos, style elements, typography, color palettes and imagery for various initiatives that work in a cohesive fashion. Because of the complexity of their ideals and mission, we utilized clever infographics to distill their content for all audiences.
